The following requirements need to be met in order to utilize the Bspeedy service when connected directly to the computer.

Windows
operating system: XP / Vista / 7
Network Card:10/100
Processor: 500MHz or better
RAM: 256MB or better

MAC
operating system: OSX or greater
Network Card:10/100
Processor: 500MHz or better
RAM: 256MB or better

Linux
operating system: Any current distro
Network Card:10/100
Processor: 300MHz or better
RAM: 128MB or better

The following requirements need to be met in addition to utilize the Bspeedy service when in a home network environment.

Network Router
When using more than one computer, a router is required for service to connect more than one computer to our network.

Router Setup
In order to fully utilize our service, we would request that the router be programmed by either bringing it to one of our office locations or to be done at the time of installation. This is a free service for your convenience.

The following systems are no longer supported on the Bspeedy network.

Windows Operating Systems
3.x / 95 / 98 / 2000 / ME

MAC Operating Systems
"Classic" MAC OS (1984 - 2001)

Linux Operating Systems
Most distros older than 2001
